For individuals who have not obtained adequate relief from antidepressants, stimulants, or other psychiatric medications, or who cannot tolerate or prefer not to use these medications, we offer alternative and complementary solutions.

We incorporate a broad array of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, ACT, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mindfulness and various biologically based approaches.

We view ourselves as offering a virtual “toolbox” of skills that clients can use to more effectively manage their own thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships.


Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation/rescheduling. Monday appointments must be cancelled/rescheduled by Friday at 12noon.  Appointments scheduled on the first day following a holiday must be cancelled/rescheduled by 12noon on the last business day before the holiday. Voicemail or email messages left after business hours or on weekends or holidays do NOT count as sufficient notice and will remain your financial responsibility. 48 hours’ notice is required for extended appointments (appointments scheduled for 2 hours or longer).

Please note that although reminder notices are sent via text/email/phone (depending on your preference), they are a courtesy only. Once an appointment has been scheduled, it is the client’s responsibility to attend or cancel with sufficient notice.
